Economic Empowerment for New Immigrants
That’s why we are launching The Launchpad Initiative. Our goal is to raise $48,000 this year to provide comprehensive Market Readiness Training for 24 new immigrants.
Helping Patients Cover Medical Co-Payments
For 4 patients in our community every month, a $30 co-payment is the difference between receiving treatment and letting a condition get worse.
Supporting Health & Spiritual Wellness
When we think of health, we often think of doctors and medicine. But for someone facing a long illness, grief, or isolation, the greatest medicine is often a listening ear and a shared prayer.
Transportation Support for Access to Essential Services
Imagine having a job offer but no way to get to the office. Or having a life-saving medical appointment but no way to reach the clinic.
Clothing Support for Those in Need
As the seasons change, most of us are pulling our winter coats out of storage. But for 50 people in our community, there is no coat in the closet. There are no warm boots for the snow, and no heavy blankets for the night.
Food & Groceries for Families in Need
We are highlighting the $200/month figure. It’s a tangible number that donors can wrap their heads around. We also emphasize the "Gift Card" aspect, which provides families the dignity to shop for their own specific needs.
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
