Cause

Starting a new life in a different country can be both exciting and challenging. Many new immigrants arrive with valuable skills, talents, and aspirations, yet they often face barriers when trying to enter the workforce. Language differences, unfamiliar job markets, and lack of local experience can make it difficult to secure meaningful employment.

Our New Beginnings Campaign focuses on economic empowerment by helping new immigrants prepare for the job market through structured training, career guidance, and job search support.

By equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed professionally, we help them build stable futures for themselves and their families.

Rationale

Successful integration into the workforce requires preparation, mentorship, and access to the right resources. Through our Market Readiness Training Program, new immigrants receive comprehensive support that prepares them to compete confidently in the job market.

Each participant receives training valued at $2,000, which includes:

  • Job readiness and career orientation training

  • Resume writing and interview preparation

  • Workplace culture and communication guidance

  • Job search assistance and mentorship

  • Networking opportunities with employers and community partners

The program supports 2 new immigrants each month, helping them gain the confidence and skills needed to secure employment and achieve financial independence.
