As the seasons change, most of us are pulling our winter coats out of storage. But for 50 people in our community, there is no coat in the closet. There are no warm boots for the snow, and no heavy blankets for the night.

Cause

For many individuals' facing financial hardship, access to warm and adequate clothing can be a daily struggle. During colder seasons, the lack of proper clothing such as jackets, shoes, gloves, and bedding can expose vulnerable people to serious health risks and discomfort.

Our Warmth & Dignity Campaign aims to provide essential clothing items to individuals who need them most. By supplying warm clothing and bedding, we help people stay safe, comfortable, and protected from harsh weather conditions.

Through this initiative, we ensure that those in need can experience warmth, dignity, and a sense of care from their community.

Rationale

To support individuals effectively, we provide essential warm clothing packages that include items such as:

  • Warm jackets and coats

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Gloves and winter accessories

  • Bedding and blankets

Each support package costs approximately $100 per person per year and ensures that recipients have the clothing and warmth they need to face cold conditions.
